Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. General information

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products through the website number-10.com (hereinafter, "Number10" or "the Seller"), operated by Axe Ecom Capital LLC (registered office: 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA — EIN: 30-1427103).

By making a purchase, the customer (hereinafter, "the Customer") fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. Identity of the Seller

The Seller is a limited liability company under US law, based in Wyoming. Number10 is an independent brand and is not affiliated with national football federations, FIFA, UEFA, or any sports brand.

3. Products and availability

The products sold on number-10.com are football jerseys and accessories in national-team colors. Product information, descriptions and images are provided for guidance only. Number10 reserves the right to change products and prices without notice.

Product availability is not guaranteed until the order is actually confirmed. In case of subsequent unavailability, the Customer will be promptly informed and may choose between a full refund or replacement with an equivalent product.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is free anywhere.

Accepted payment methods are:

• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• PayPal
• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay

Payments are processed over a secure SSL/TLS connection. Number10 does not store credit card data on its servers.

5. Orders and confirmation

The order is finalized upon receipt of the confirmation email. Any cancellation or modification is possible within 2 hours of purchase, by writing to help.number10@gmail.com. After that time the order enters production and can no longer be changed, especially for personalized products.

6. Personalization

The name and number personalization service (+€9) is available on all jerseys. The Customer is responsible for the correctness of the name and number entered. Personalized jerseys are made to order and, as provided by art. 59 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), are not subject to the right of withdrawal.

7. Shipping and delivery

Number10 ships worldwide. Indicative delivery times are:

• Italy and European Union: 5-8 business days
• Rest of the world: 7-14 business days

Times may vary for reasons not attributable to the Seller (carrier delays, customs, holidays, unforeseen events). The Customer receives a tracking email at the time of shipment.

Any customs duties or import taxes for non-EU shipments are at the Customer's expense.

8. Right of withdrawal (Return)

The Customer, as a consumer, has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receiving the product, without giving any reason, under articles 52-58 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

Number10 grants an extended return period of 30 days for the Customer's benefit.

Return conditions:

• The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received (never worn, never washed, original tags attached, intact packaging)
• The return must be notified in advance to help.number10@gmail.com indicating the order number
• Return shipping costs are at the Customer's expense, except in case of a manufacturing defect or our error

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal (art. 59 Consumer Code):

• Jerseys and products personalized with a name, number or other customizations
• Sealed products that have been opened after delivery for hygiene or health protection reasons

Refunds:

Once the return is received and inspected, the refund is issued within 14 days to the original payment method. The refund covers the price of the product. Initial shipping costs are refunded only in case of a manufacturing defect or Seller's error.

9. Legal warranty of conformity

The products sold are covered by the 2-year legal warranty of conformity provided by articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code. In case of non-conformity, the Customer is entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or contract termination. 10. Limitation of liability

Number10 is liable for damages that are a direct consequence of the performance of the contract, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. It is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, delays not attributable to it, or force majeure events.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

For consumer customers residing in the European Union, Italian law applies and, except for mandatory rules more favorable to the consumer, the competent court is the one of the Customer's place of residence or domicile in Italy.
